Excellent Patient Care
This provider helps me to heal not only physically but also psychological too. I'm feeling much better after seeing this doctor. The doctor is great and as far as I can tell Dr Sutherland knows his craft and I thank him.
I did not feel that Dr. Sutherland really cares. Went to see him after neck surgery pain. Surgeon referred me for a Facet injection, his PA thought it better to do something else. That procedure produced no results. Then the PA decided to do a "hardware block" on the hardware from my neck fusion. Only after being wheeled into the procedure room did they realize my surgery hardware was anterior and not posterior. All I got was, "Oh, sorry we can't do that today." Why was the chart not checked?
