This doctor's office has been extremely difficult to work with from day one. It took 3 weeks to get my first appointment with the doctor which wasn't a bad experience in all honesty but since then they don't return calls, the staff is extremely unprofessional (it seems like they use an outsourced call center that is very difficult to reach and cannot answer any questions), they take 3+ weeks just to begin the process to submit an orthopedic referral request (actually it's still not initiated because they haven't returned my ... read more
I normally don’t write anything negative but The doctor and staff is the most incompetent and unprofessional . I chose this doctor as my primary as the insurance said it’s the closest to my place but when I contacted the doctor office they said they don’t use that office( closer to my place ) anymore . Cutting short, the staff takes almost over two hour to book my appointment ,I said I have to see him asap and they gave me a time after 7 weeks and that too in clinic which is 30 miles away . Doctor didn’t order the right blood tests then told me a joke about why he doesn’t know much about being a doctor. I came to him because of the one good review he had but I don’t think they are actually a patient of his. While he may be funny he will send u to someone who can actually help you. Maybe. You’re better off looking for medical advice on YouTube.
Amazing Doctor, He's very polite when he speaks to me, actually treats me like a patient unlike most doctors don't take me seriously because of my age. If you are unsure about Dr. Schreiman, believe me I have dealt with a lot of doctors recently due to my health. This doctor is the only one who treats me nice.
