Horrible. The office staff and nursing are kind and professional. The providers are unprofessional and uncaring. I am a provider x 30 yrs and could never treat people as they do. There is a reason why the pulmonary practice on West Ave (they are separate and have 3 offices) is booked out 7 months and if you call for Dr. Wang or K. Lujbli PA - you will get an appointment the next day or any day that week you call. It is not worth having a provider who does not care or engage. This practice does not work for Saratoga Care.
