Office staff friendly and attentive. Drs. Kaplan and Ford are excellent in their results and careful and gentle in their work. Karen is a terrific dental hygienist. The rooms are very clean and the atmosphere is relaxed and cheerful. Truly the good-hands people!
As soon as you enter the office you are greeted with a smile and a warm Hello! The staff is there for all your needs. Alison cleans your teeth with such care and is so pleasant. Dr.Kaplan is the best of the Best Dentists in Newton. He wins the gold medal for Dentists. I would not go to anyone else. Had my first experience with Dr Kaplan and staff yesterday. They are great. I chose them because of all the positive reviews, and am glad I did! The staff is very nice and comforting. Dr. Kaplan is thorough, personable and delightfully straight forward, making everything easy to understand. Alison my hygienist was awesome. They have so much experience and explain everything they do...couldn't have asked for a better experience. The front office staff is super helpful too, made it an easy transition as a new patient!

The same level of service I've gotten for the last 15 or so years: efficient, thorough, and friendly. My concerns (at my age, there are always some) were addressed, and Dr. Kaplan's concerns were explained (yes, we're still watching that little crack in your molar, but it hasn't changed, so nothing to worry about), with photographs. I never feel pressured to fix something that doesn't really need fixing, but things that need attention, get it.
