I have been going to the Palo Alto Eye Group for years. Dr. Robert Kule is very competent, and has excellent “Chair-Side manners”. The office staff on the other hand keeps dropping the ball. I called to confirm my appointment which had a written reminder, but was told that it was “tentative” and had to be rescheduled. The day before this re-scheduled appointment I got a confirmation, but then late that evening “Isabel” realized that she failed to get the required insurance authorization. Dr Kule is very professional and does a very through exam . He has an excellent chairside manner and is very good to answer any questions or concerns you might have. If I need to I will definitely consult his expertise in the area of glacoma in the future.
