I am surprised by the content of several previous reviews. In my opinion, Dr Pelc is a diamond in the rough of a challenging profession. He conducted an evaluation for a loved one with exceptional skill and care. I am grateful for his insight and recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Works for the highest bidder. Completes and testifies to reports compiled on the basis incomplete information, preconceived ideas, and bias for or against one party. Due diligence is performed only to the extent that it drastically favors one party. Disregards input from other professionals, particularly those more qualified than himself, entirely. Relies on self- serving statements of non-professionals that fit his narrative, without regard for the best interest of the children involved.

I have been helped by Dr. Pelc since the late 90's. He provided me with tools and helped me find resources to get my life back out of a ditch. He is the only therapist I have found who has really helped me.
