Took my 92 y.o. father, who has moderate Alzheimer's, to see Dr Albergo due to painful epidermoid cyst on his back. Upon entering the room, Dr tries to be funny, but wasn't, then during procedure to empty the cyst, decided that he thinks my father might want to see the contents of the cyst on a bloody gauze pad he's holding in the palm of his hand. This was my first visit to Dr. Alberto. His staff was efficient. He gave me time, a thorough check and answered questions. Only issue was a temperamental tablet used for check in.
Everything was fine until I saw my neck after I removed the bandages. Kind of shocking to see how much work was done
