Worst ear cleaning I’ve ever had. I’ve been getting my ears cleaned multiple times a year since I was a kid, and I’ve never experienced pain like this. The doctor rushed through the entire appointment in about two minutes, barely spoke, and had zero bedside manner. 45 minutes later my ears still didn’t feel right. His attitude was impatient and unprofessional, and the whole visit felt like he wanted to get me out the door as fast as possible. My husband and I have been using Dr Owens for many years . He did surgery on my ear and it turned out great . I highly recommend him- he’s a wonderful doctor!

People are of course entitled to their opinions, but after just leaving Dr Owen’s office I cannot imagine how people would give him so many negative reviews. The staff is friendly and patient as was Dr Owens. There was no rushed feeling from anyone - none at all. And I found the doctor to be conversational and very friendly. This was a great experience.

I'm only giving this a 3 star because the staff was amazing. Omar seemed to like his job better than Dr.Owens. The exam room was dirty, cobwebs and dog hair. I've never been to a doctor's office where there were 4 dogs, I was told by staff how many, except for a veterinary clinic. I wasted my co-pay going here. Again the staff was amazing and kind but that is the only nice thing I can say. I will not be back.

I had a great experience here, DR Owens repaired a hole in my eardrum. Don't let a bit of a dry bedside manner put you off. He and his entire staff are very good at what they do. Friendly and helpful 😃. Also, he got my hearing back for me in the bum ear.
