People are of course entitled to their opinions, but after just leaving Dr Owen’s office I cannot imagine how people would give him so many negative reviews. The staff is friendly and patient as was Dr Owens. There was no rushed feeling from anyone - none at all. And I found the doctor to be conversational and very friendly. This was a great experience.
I'm only giving this a 3 star because the staff was amazing. Omar seemed to like his job better than Dr.Owens. The exam room was dirty, cobwebs and dog hair. I've never been to a doctor's office where there were 4 dogs, I was told by staff how many, except for a veterinary clinic. I wasted my co-pay going here. Again the staff was amazing and kind but that is the only nice thing I can say. I will not be back.
I had a great experience here, DR Owens repaired a hole in my eardrum. Don't let a bit of a dry bedside manner put you off. He and his entire staff are very good at what they do. Friendly and helpful 😃. Also, he got my hearing back for me in the bum ear.
Dr. Fred Owens, now passed, repaired my left eardrum many years ago. Amazing work. So when my right ear needed the same repair, I went back to his son, Dr Robert Owens. My experience was not great…a failed tympanoplasty that left me with worse hearing than before I went under. This was after Dr. Owens examined my ear prior to surgery and said he was 95% confident that all would go well.
