I cannot pay enough compliments to Dr. Santaella. He is an outstanding doctor who takes the time to listen and explain. He is very easy going and likeable and it's easy to see that he truly cares about his patients. He has an upscale office in Frisco that is both classy and comfortable. From the office visit to the surgery center he made me feel relaxed and cared for. I highly recommend this doctor!!
Dr. Santaella is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time, explains everything. If only he was a primary care, would love to stay with him for overall care!!
Was quick to help diagnose my situation and get me into surgery. Everything went as planned and I was back on my feet in a day.
I had an excellent experience with surgery done by Dr. Santaella. Very friendly staff. Very informative and caring. Great surgeon!
The surgeon is good but his office manager Rochelle is very incompetent, and unprofessional. I have paid a bill that my insurance also paid, so the doctor's office got paid twice. Rochelle checked on it and found out that indeed this is what happened but every time I called the office she would tell me I am working on it. This happened in February and it is now July and I have not seen a refund check from Rochelle yet as she promised. I have sent copies to the Dr. himself but I was ignored!
Excellent !!!! Great personality and very attentive.
Dr. Santaella performed a Gastrointestinal Endoscopy on my wife approximately 4 years ago and the woman continues to suffer from stomach pain he caused by what he quoted as "snipping the tops" of 4 ulcers.
Hernia repair 11/16. Not fixed. Returned to complain 12/16 and dr said all was fine even though I had a huge bulge. Sets a follow up appt for April 2017. By March the bulge was bigger and had daily pain. Returned to office. Dr claims that there is still no hernia. Sends me for a CT which shows I still have a hernia. Repaired again 4/17. Now post op seroma. Dr refers me to get a drain. I tell the office that I need to get it ASAP as we had vacation coming up. Not only does it take TWO full days
I can't even begin to describe the experience I have had with this surgeon.
