Dr. Kulkarni is as good as it gets. Having been with him for almost 20 years, I can not recommend more strongly. Because he is so special, it is difficult to get a first appointment but I can assure you that his expertise is worth the wait.
We used to recommend him to everyone, but not so much any more. Couple of years after opening his own practice, things started to change.
I cannot say enough about Dr. Kulkarni. He is truly a down to earth, easy to talk to professional. After going to several dr.'s, without any change in my anxiety & depression, I started going to Dr. K. I'm so very happy he was suggested to me. I am currently on the lowest dosages of medications, which he suggests but does not pressure you into. You are very much a part of the decision making regarding your health. I have been going to him for years now & have the utmost trust in him.

I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a thoughtful, smart and kind psychiatrist. He is wonderful! I've been seeing him for over 5 years and he has helped me immensely. He knows his stuff and has a great bedside manner. I always feel better after seeing him. (Great with medication evaluation as well!)
Dr. Kulkarni is exemplary. He takes his time with the parent and seems to genuinely care about your child. My daughter loved him. He's quite knowledgeable. Best psychiatrist out there.
