I would give Dr. Bien, Sheila and gang a million stars if I could! September 2021 marked my 17th anniversary as a patient of Dr. Bien, aka Squiggy....it also marks the anniversary when he saved my life! I saw two other pain management doctors prior to seeing Squiggy. Both kept me so high that all I could do is lay around and sleep! I lost 2 years of my life and went from 115lbs to 306lbs!! I was on oxygen & had to use a wheelchair most of the time. My hubby fired both of those quacks & found Nevada Pain Management. I do not ... read more
Horrible. Doctor was not interested in treating my husband and only wanted to shout about the COVID vaccine. Everyone has a right to choose whether or not to get the vaccine. Although I do believe that a doctor should treat all patients, if a doctor does not want to treat the unvaccinated, it is his call. However, it is NEVER okay to berate, ridicule, and /or treat the unvaccinated as if they are less than human.
My last visit was over a year ago. It has always been a pay as you go thing with them. If you dont pay your co-pay you dont see the Dr. Imagine my surprise when I get a bill from a bill collector for $30 over a year after the fact. Along with them never having sent me any kind of notice that I owed any money. It has been over a year but not because he was a great doctor. The office is run so ineptly that I went to a new doctor. I would go every 7-8 months and I would hardly ever see the same staff member twice. And the dogs ... read more

Dr Bien is a great doctor he takes the time to listen and come up with a treatment plan.
This doctor is a highly skilled genius. I find him to be very compassionate and caring. I saw two other pain management doctors that sent me to a surgery center to do a procedure for pain management on my cervical spine for terrible headaches. And neither of the procedures worked at all. One of the doctors caused a lot of pain during the procedure and when I told him it was hurting he said just hang in there. I took my MRI results to Dr. B in on first visit and he looked at it and said I have injections that will help you. I... read more
Have been a patient in this office for 7 years...it’s a hassle to change providers and start over. After my appt yesterday I decided “ never going back”. A front desk staff member acted as liaison in lieu of seeing the actual doctor. It was ridiculous, unprofessional, impersonal and most of all unacceptable. My appts have not included speaking to the actual doctor for my last 6 visits. Do yourself a favor...don’t choose this doctor.
Consumer BEWARE!! Dr. Robert Bien and his wife Sheila Bien are frauds. The staff is incompetent and changes on a regular basis as well as having their dogs run around in their office is unprofessional and unbecoming. Wait time is 1.5 to 2 hours of your scheduled appointment. I witnessed a patient get turned away and the doctor wouldn't even see her in person and all she wanted was a referral to the implant he put in a few years back as it was malfunctioning.
We tried to pay a bill numerous times and had to leave several messages which were NEVER returned. We finally got a hold of somebody at the office, WILLIAM, and paid the bill by credit card with him. Several months later we were sent to collections because the bill was supposedly not paid. William and this office dropped the ball and didn't process the credit card payment. Instead of calling us back and solving the issue they sent us to collections over a very small amount due.
