When I arrived they asked me if I was a patient of his. I told them I was and told them my insurance had changed somewhat. I had to go out on disability through my work but still have insurance coverage through Blue Cross Blue Shield. I also have Medicare. They told me they had not seen me in 2 1/2 years and had Medicare now. They said he would not see me because I was no longer a patient and was on Medicare. They don't accept new patients with Medicare. I do have other coverage though.
Very professional and caring. Always puts the patients first.
