Terrible wait times. RUDE!!!! No bedside manner what so ever! You don’t strive to make children feel special and comfortable as you state ..you do the complete opposite! I will spread the word as much as I can about my experience at your practice and how you treat patients!

They canceled my last 2 appointments within 24 hours of my appointment time. Their reasoning for the first was a scheduling error and second was for being short-staffed from a maternity leave. No foresight to reschedule. At my visit today I was locked into the building after the COVID screening. Fire alarm went off with no easy way out. When I questioned them about locking the door I was told to call the fire marshal and was refused service. I was just letting them know but they wanted to argue with me on the the door being ... read more

Dr. Mansman saw my son on an urgent basis on a Friday for a bad abscessed tooth. He was added on at the end of the day on a Friday and never treated us rushed! I know how it is to want to get out on a Friday but my son really needed good, experienced care and that’s exactly what he got! He explained the procedure and because my sons facial redness and swelling was so bad, he gave me his cell phone number to use in case he worsened over the weekend. He was gentle, kind and most importantly, knowledgeable about the situation. ... read more

I only give 1 star because it is required. Dr Mansman is unprofessional, rude, and if questioned will treat your child poorly. He has a poor attitude, and will argue about any complaint he receives like he is perfect. He threatens to not do work, cussed in front of my child, and told my husband to grow up. He storms out of the room. When the work was conducted, my son screamed the entire time. He was not gentle or comforting. My child has scratches and marks along the entire side of his mouth. This dentist has no bedside man... read more

My daughter came for a extraction of a baby tooth/spacer.This doctor gave our daughter nitrous oxide and local anesthetic to numb the area. He then left the room and attended to another patient for 45 minutes and left my daughter in the chair. The assistant came into the room and gave me consent forms to sign, but the forms had information about placing a crown over my daughter’s tooth not a extraction. They proposed to charge us for a extraction for insurance purposes, but actually do the crown

Appt was at 2:30. He started my grandsons treatment at 4:30. He rushed and was hurting my grandson. He was removing the pulp in a tooth that hadn't gotten numb. My grandson was crying and trying to get him to stop. I questiowned if he was in pain. Dr Masman said he wasn't then he threw the dental tools. Walked out slamming the door. He didn't finish the work he started and told us to find another dentist. Very unprofessional. A pediatric dentist should never react like this.
