It’s unfortunate that I had the bad luck of being referred to Dr. Saltzman by Carroll health hospital. I have displaced collarbone break from deer hitting me in shoulder while on motorcycle…it crushed my shoulder and broke/buckled left collarbone (bone almost came out of skin and my left side is significantly shorter then normal side…apparently there are multiple breaks according to new surgeon and I would never be able to use my arm productively if left alone without surgery. so this leads me to my visit with Dr. Saltzman a... read more
I had a shoulder issue and the dr looked at me said do two weeks of PT and come back later went to a better practice and found out it was a nerve issue. moral don’t recommend this dr.
