Dr Feldstein is great. He treated me with respect and didn't condescend to me. He explained my condition and the medication, how it works, etc. However, when I needed to change my infusion to a new medication nothing happened. I have been weeks without it and I can't contact their staff at all. They do not listen to their voice mail, they do not call you back if you leave a message. I NEED this medication and I can't get in contact with them.
Absolutely love dr. Lazar. He is wonderful. Just asked to have my medical records sent to another gastro doc because his office is the worst. They pay no attention to the fact that you're calling, they don't respond to voicemail, they don't answer emails, I guess they just don't care. I wish. dr. Lazar would read these reviews about his office
