A year ago, I made a sleep apnea follow up appointment to see Dr. Mazzola. One week before my appointment, his office called to "reschedule" because he had a conflict. I get that things come up but the soonest I could get back on the schedule is FOUR months from now. THAT is inexcusable. Message received loud and clear Dr. Robert Mazzola! Your time is far more important than mine. I will find a doctor who has a better sense of patient care than one who will blow you off after waiting a year to see him. Like others have stated, he will hold you hostage with the dmv every year weather you have problems or not. He is also condescending and rude. He seems to not care about your wellbeing or the fact that not having your license will affect your livelihood. To End don’t see him.

This "Medical Deity" uses his power to control your DMV driver's license. You are required to submit to his authority or risk losing your driving privledges. He will not engage in discourse about recovery from sleep issues.

DON’T BELIEVE ON REVIEWS AT THE IHC WEBSITE, THEY ARE FILTERED! THEY NEVER POSTED MY BAD REVIEW. Never in my whole life I have been so mistreated like I been by this doctor and his staff. On my first visit they lost a voucher provided by my doctor to pay for a sleep disorder treatment. Of course I had to fix their mistake and finally met with the doctor after spent a big amount of time filling up forms and answering his assistant’s questions. I've gone to this office for years. I would like to see Dr. Mazzola, I think he's great, but I get handed off to NPs, which are great, but I make the appointment for Mazzola and they switch it to somebody else without telling me. Also, I've called. And called. And called. The message says that they are closed. So today, I tried something different. I pressed 0 to see if that would get me to someone, and it did. So, somebody, fix the phone message. This has been going on for weeks.
