Had to make my feelings known as my family were patients of Dr. Loibens for almost 20 years. My husband had a stroke and his doctor at the time prescribed our medication that normally .Dr. Loiben would call in. To our dismay he dropped us with a letter, nothing personal, just did not want to see us. After calling and wanting to discuss, he would not talk to us. i tried twice and the staff as very nice.
