I’ve been trying to get my sky Rizzi approved since November and it’s the middle of December. The gentleman that supposed to be taking care of it. Eddie is not doing his job. Because my insurance has been trying to call and the just get voicemail, pharmacy has the same problem.
I decided to give them another chance. Just came in for 6 month checkup and was surprised to find that they have changed their policy back the way it was before, paying after your exam. Awesome! Glad to see that they do listen to their patients. Highly recommend this place.
Rude customer service I was trying to set up an appointment and the lady I spoke to on the phone was being rude and hung up the phone on me
