Dr. kwan loves to talk about politics, but if you have any problem with your health more than two different issues needs , your time is up. Expecting waiting time at least 5 hours each visit. The last time I had issues that I needed the doctor's note, his wife had charged me $60 for 1 note I had no question ask because I thought that's the fee they charged and she was on the phone so I just pay and left. Dr. Robert Kwan is never respect his patients' times. Each time the waiting time was much much longer than waiting in Hospital Emergency. What a shame as being a professional person. Unfortunately No star for him at all!
