Dr. Shin is a great Dr who listened to everything I had to say and did his best. He always followed up with me. I wish I could figure out where he is.. I will seriously miss him.

Very disrespectful and unhelpful. After the exam, I asked him what he thought, and he said, "why do you want my opinion?" Because I waited for months to see you and am trying to get down to the bottom of my symptoms. I had a lot of respect and confidence in him after our initial telemedicine visit, but now, I wish I had never gone to him.
I love Dr.Shin with my whole heart very patient and empathetic.He helped me with the acceptance of my chronic illness…Very personable and very supportive….great listener and cares for his patients
I experienced a racist remark related to him giving me historical info from other doctors in the system on my chronic medical condition. After sharing with him when I see other doctors I learn something new I was told about. I explained that if my family knew they probably didn't share with me because of me panicking.
