Coming from the paperwork side and the inner workings, out of every single practice I work with Dr Thornquist is easily the best one to work with. He's fast with paperwork, not too brash to admit a mistake like transposing a 9 and a 5 (sorry man it was me my handwriting sucks!) And fixed it -immediately- when called. Every single staff member I've talked to follows his lead in that as well 10/10 would fax again.
Dr. Thornquist is the best he was my doctor in the 90s. He started me on medication that said it would help me when I got older. I just had a heart Cath done and they thought I was gonna have to have stents but I had less than 30% buildup at 62 thank you, Dr. Thornquest. Dr. Thornquist is a hidden gem. He truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing, and took time to listen to my personal health concerns. My family trusts him as our PCP because we could tell from day one it wasn’t about making money for him, he truly wants to help people. I’m thankful there’s still doctors like this out there. Dr. Thornquist has restored much of my faith in modern medicine.
Trusted him for a decade, only got a hold of my real illness by leaving his "care". Over a decade of medications I didn't need as he missed lab data showing I was very sick. Missed it for years as I suffered. Missed pretty obvious, life threatening issue with a family member too. Yeah he's "so nice and listens" .. but he isn't as smart as he portrays.
