Dr. Sivak was an excellent physician and a caring individual. He passed away during the Summer of 2018 and will be missed by many.
quite forgetful. He repeats the same info over and over, does not seem to recall me or my history after 2 years of visits. He has a lot of knowledge on brain workings, but I feel he would just repeat info and rant, not treat me personally.
Dr. Sivak was an answer to prayer for me and my family. His goal was to address the whole patient for the long term, not just prescribe medication. I would, and have, recommended him to family and friends.
