Was the Dental Care provider able to take and develop x-rays in their office? Yes Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely Was the waiting area spacious enough? Totally Did the staff keep the temperature in the waiting room pleasant? Yes

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Yes Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? Not at all! They were very gentle and careful Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Does this provider promptly return your phone calls?
