Great customer concern and service! Wow! I was a little frustrated with a few phone tag misses to make an appointment but thrilled and so grateful for their considerate and professional outreach email that they informed me that a time has been reserved for me on Monday to address a tooth ache. ! I am impressed and grateful. Bravo!
Actually, I do. The staff is wonderful. Very efficient and professional (I expect that), but they're also friendly and fun. They clearly all like each other and like what they do, which is nice too. I hate to go to someone's office and you can sense that the people aren't happy with their job or with the place they work. Dr. Bob is terrific, so overall, it's a win-win situation. Highly recommended.

He makes you feel like you're at home with his staff. His staff always remembers you by name and connects with you on a personal level.
