My appt was 10:30. Was not call in until 10:55. When I was finished, No copy of bill presented to me and no one there to take my payment except to write down my credit card info. Requested copy of bill to be emailed to me and have not received it yet.

I appreciate Dr. Kostial's concern with a tooth that is bothering me. He sent me for a consultation with an endodontist. After my visit I went back to get his opinion before scheduling an appointment for a route canal. Everyone at the office is extremely friendly. I enjoy my appointments here.
