Joanie is very gentle and compassionate. She does a great job. I was puzzled by the $250 cleaning bill. When I reviewed it at home, I thought the $50 charge for the Peridex should have been disclosed before I said yes. I am disappointed and think it's steep for what it was. Disclose!
