I rarely leave reviews but Worst customer service ever, doctor knows his stuff, but there’s nothing personable about hi practice! I constantly feel like I’m chasing after this doctor and his staff... . If it wasn’t for my insurance I wouldn’t be here! Currently looking for better recommendations.. someone more personable and is more attentive because the staff is what makes this office terrible, Good doctor but goodluck trying to get a hold of him or his staff on the phone..
Dr. Hernandez is extremely professional and compassionate. He is very thorough and knowledgeable with his explanations. I am very lucky to be under his care!
