Dr Ablove and everyone in his office has been polite, honest and friendly. The way Dr Ablove has broken down treatment options and what to expect during a procedure is great. He really makes you feel like you are part of the process. I love how quickly they get back to you after calling or sending a message thru patient portal.

I had an injury to my right rotator cuff that became progressively worse after previous surgery. It tore again and tendon retracted. I’ve lost some range of motion and a lot of strength. When I first got updated MRI I felt like I was told just accept your new normal. Dr Ablove gave me hope for the first time! He didn’t make any unrealistic promises, but had an option nobody else provided in dealing with the detached tendon and strength loss. I’ve had a previous surgery performed by Dr. Ablove and am currently awaiting my follow-up surgery. It’s difficult trying to reach his office staff. They don’t answer phone calls, ignore voicemails, and messages left on their Patient Portal. I’ve even had a schedule telemedicine appointment w/his P.A., who failed to keep the scheduled appointment. Although Dr. Ablove may be a good surgeon, his staff are unprofessional. They NEVER answer the phone, take several days to return phone calls and do not know how to fill out paperwork properly, and used the wrong forms, which caused my insurance company to deny my claim. When I called to complain, I was told Dr. Ablove no longer wanted to do the carpal tunnel surgery because of my complaint.
