Dr. malerba takes care of my Japanese mother. I feel he is a kind and caring doctor. My mom can be a tough patient, as she is elderly and has various issues and is on various medications. Their is a shortage of psychiatric doctors in the capital district so I'm glad mom has someone. Note: I believe the clinic has moved from Lafayette to 1023 State Street and they also can do tele-medicine.
I've been a patient for 5 years and stressed doctor malerba medication was not working and he basically told me that I would never be cured with medication that only counciling will help witch when you can't even bring your self to get out of bed, shower or brush your hair how do they expect you to get out of bed for an appointment. It got so sever from not properly being treated I'm almost completely bold from having to pull my hair out trying to brush it and save what I could.
