I called to make an appointment because I have a terrible tooth ache. When making the appointment I asked if they accepted my dental insurance they said yes but they were out of network. I said ok how much do I have to pay. They told me that they would run my insurance and bill me. I get there I fill out my paperwork give them my insurance and ID. I was feeling very apprehensive about my visit as it had been years since I had been to the dentist, but Dr Erdman and his staff (especially Theresa, the dental hygienist who tended to me) made me feel at ease. I thank them and recommend their expertise to anyone in the area who is looking for a dentist who excels in skill and bedside manner. Thank you, Dr. Erdman and team!
I love this office! The staff and Dr. Erdman are terrific! The get you in quickly, stay late if they need to, and really go out of their way to let you know they appreciate you and your business. They're "out of network" for me, but as long as I can afford it, this is MY dental office!
