He did my shoulder surgery. All went well. His right hand Dr Honsik is great.
I'm a very active individual with years of injuries requiring both surgical and non-surgical treatment. I've had 4 ACL surgeries on my right knee alone. The last was completed by Dr Eppley. It has also lasted the longest and is still going strong. I can't think about going anywhere else. Back, shoulder, bicep and knees are still working great thanks to their clinic.
Watch out if you are choosing this practice for surgery. I was an athletic 37 years old who chose Dr. Robert Eppley for an optional ACL surgery so I could run a half marathon the following year. Result: he failed miserably on the surgery, causing an infection, 2 follow up surgeries, bed ridden for 6 months with home care nurse visiting me twice a day. Even after 2 years, I am still struggling.
I had an ACL surgery with Dr. Eppley, recovery was really quick. Results are great, pain was minimal in comparison to another ACL surgery I had on my other knee. He used minimal invasive techniques (arthroscopy) to replace my ACL so he didn't cut my healthy quads, tendons or other tissue, he just bore holes. GREAT!
Dr. Eppley is a remarkably able surgeon. Many years ago he repaired my completely ruptured right pectoralis major tendon. This was a very difficult surgery because I had previously received some exceedingly poor medical advice and the tendon was completely scarred into the muscle mass. The surgery took a very long time.
