If you had good luck with your shoulder I'm happy I had to knee replacements and a hip and I have paid the cost for having him as my surgeon since he's operated on me all I got is breakdown quack is not even the word
Dr Bartley was awesome. My shoulder surgery was a success.
He was always 45 minutes behind on his appointments. The final straw was when he LEFT to go to the hospital with a full room of waiting appointments and had his secretary come out and tell us he left and would have to reschedule for a week later. Avoid this quack at all costs.
