Dr Parkening highly competent, skilled, and has exceptional customer skills
The dentist refused to work with me because his dental assistant said “I’ll get ratchet on that lil boy” in reference to my son. My son has never been there and I asked could he be a patient. They didn’t have a yes or no answer just a “if he knows how to act” attitude. So basically the dentist said he supports his staff 100% regardless of what was said. DISGUSTING! And when I asked him if that was ok he said he supports her. How?!? How is it ok for your dental assistant to tell a client she will get ratchet on their child. T... read more
