Dr Elliott &staff have utmost courtesy respect expertise caring, superior service, knowledge professionalism. I drive 50 mins here. Over 18 years, they r always there for us-cleanings, emergencies, hospital referral, more. my special needs son wouldnt sit in chair &needed hospital for cleanings/fillings. Dr. Elliott so supportive, implemented mutually-developed, gentle, goal oriented plan for my son with autism. and now he allows cleanings in office! No more O.R. Visits! spectacular outcome!
After almost two years of trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, we finally left for another practice for the following reasons: 1) They refuse to schedule anything early morning or late afternoon, saying they want everyone to share the less popular times in the middle of the day. When asked how that works with school and work, I was told to take a day off and have the kids skip school. They claim you're allowed a time of your choice once per year, but then they'll claim "nothing's availa
