From the moment Security arose to greet and escort me to the exclusive elevator that whisked me to Suite 1600, my anxiety lessened. This was my first appt with Dr. Christie and I was a bit nervous. Prior to my appt, I did some research about my diagnosis, but found the information confusing. Dr. Christie sat directly across from me at eye level. His direct eye-contact put me at ease. Non-rushed, he reviewed my records and explained everything thoroughly including the plan going forward. I didn’t realize that this office would take blood and have the results in minutes. Dr. Sampat was so knowledgeable, professional and kind. He was was able to take my results and discuss them with me in layman’s terms. He made me feel heard even when I had silly questions.
