Dr. Christie has a relaxed manner that puts people at ease. He gave the good news to me first thing, and then back tracked and told me why he made that decision. It put me out of the agony of sitting their waiting to hear the news at the end.

Dr Christie's explanation of complex and sometimes confusing subjects and terminology is clear, concise and extremely helpful. He is always courteous, asking probing questions when necessary and never condescending. He also remembers information shared several month before. The only suggestion is to upgrade the appointment scheduling system to let patients schedule appointments 6 months in advance.
