Service at this location is convenient, efficient and polite. I did feel a bit rushed in the exam process in a way that might effect results, in that I was not able to settle in to position with the machinery, which could effect the accuracy of measurements as I shifted.
I did not get an overview of how the appointment would go and it was not clear which tests were included in the exam and which were optional and at an extra fee. I was not aware that the doctor would visit remotely but it all went fine - clear connection and time for questions. Because appointment with doc was remote the retinal imaging was required and cost an extra $39. Why wasn’t that required test considered part of the exam and covered by EyeMed?
