The knowledge and quality of this dentist far surpasses most dentists in the tri state area. You will get quality, compassionate care in Dr. Botts office. I highly recommend Dr. Bott.
Very satisfied, Dr. Bott filled 3 of my cavities with ease. Cleaning was perfect. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend him.
Not very satisfied with his customer service. Left unhappy but didn’t seem it was an issue to Dr Bott. He told me to go somewhere else if I like. I believe customer care means a lot. And this statement did not make me feel he wanted to help the situation. I see people are treated differently here based on status. Well, it is what it is!!!
Dr. Bott is my favorite all time dentist. Sadly I’ve moved to FL but I’m back to see him today. Haven’t found anyone in Jacksonville FL that I like yet. You won’t get Botox here, instead you get excellent dental care.
Dr Bott told me I have 3 cavities without doing any xrays.I didn't trust him and read reviews saying he will fill good teeth, so went to another dentist. I don't have any cavities ! Go to butler dental in McKees rocks or Pat Murphy in sheraden. You can trust them. Do not trust Dr. Bott!
