This doctor and the practice really deserves an excellent review !I use to live in Atlanta and I was a client of an honest dentist for more than 8 years . Relocating to Augusta I knew that would have been very hard to find another honest practice and a good dentist . The reviews of Dr Hardy at first didn’t look “ perfect “ . Dr Hardy was rude and unprofessional. After spending five minutes in my foster childs mouth, he stated things that were incorrect in regards to the things covered by Amerigroup and accused my child of being uncooperative. I would never take your child there. He also, misjudged my foster child and blamed his teeth issues on himself and said he wasn't taking "the case" like his lack of dental care was the childs fault. Had an amazing experience at this office today. I would highly recommend this Office to anyone looking for a dentist. The doctor and all of his staff were very friendly, knowledgable and welcoming from the front desk to the assistants. I have found my new dentist and highly recommend this office.
Assistant was nice but front office lady was very rude and on her phone and gossiping. Comes across as nice walking in but heard her talking down to the other female staff. Dr Hardy is not friendly. Lady who did my cleaning was unprofessional.
Dr. Hardy is a good denstist. The hygentist are nice too. However, the nasty receptionist and her horrible attitude overshadowes the entire experience and for that reason I am no longer a patient. Dr. Hardy needs to to a better job ensuring good customer service from ALL of his staff members.
Always polite and helpful. All experiences positive. Very satisfied with his professional work and friendly helpful assistants. Would recommend with pride.
