My initial and only encounter with Dr. Friedler was when I took my one and a half-year-old toddler to see her for a known diagnosis of molluscum. We sat in the waiting room for over two hours past our appointment waiting to be seen. When we finally got into the exam room, it was obvious that Dr. Friedler was in a rush. Given the long wait time, my toddler was already irritated and hungry. We were rushed along to get my toddlers clothes off. In the meantime, Dr. Friedler began to berate her assistant right in front of us, as ... read more

Dr Troccoli is the absolute best. I've been seeing him for many years. He is friendly, thorough and I feel comfortable with him. I had to temporarily go somewhere else because I had to get new insurance out of network and was not happy with any of the other dermatologists, so I changed my insurance again to make sure that it was one that he accepted. Dr Troccoli is my guy, and I want no other. He's the best! David S

My first visit involved waiting an hour without being seen. The second visit was abruptly canceled just an hour before my appointment. When I finally saw the doctor on the third attempt, instead of addressing the medical issue I came for, he focused on unsolicited cosmetic advice based on 'society's standards.' The experience felt egotistical and patronizing. I would not recommend this doctor, especially to other women.

Dr. Fried is great but his staff, office, and patient correspondence system is abysmal. I’ve somehow waiting 2 weeks and counting for the pharmacy to receive approval from the office for a necessary prescription refill. There is no reason such a professional should have such consistently badly run office.

I saw Dr. Friedler for the 2nd time on Oct 2, 2023, after seeing her initially in March. I didn't like her even for the 1st time, since I thought her diagnosis about them being acne was not correct. She prescribed me Clindomycin for 2 weeks, which didn't work, and she admitted it herself on the 2nd visit. On the 1st time she said that she can remove those pimps by burning with laser, which costs $200, 'since is is called cosmetics'. In the 2nd visit she left me wait for 45 min in a refrigerator(!) room and didn't apologize t... read more

Waited about an hour or more to see Dr. Fox and finally he walked into the office all friendly and chipper. However, that demeanor quickly changed. He was rude, egocentric, and dismissive, quick to prescribe medications but neglecting to give instructions on how to use them. He already had two feet out the door in the middle of my trying to ask him, saying he had given me the required time. WHAT??!! I am now stuck with a bunch of prescriptions and have no idea how, or exactly where, or for how long to use them. The next day ... read more
