The whole team there is awesome
I was hesitant to move forward to fix my receding gums. After my consultation I was assured this was an excellent option to bring my gum line to a healthy placement to protect my teeth for decades to come. Highly recommend. I just had gum surgery with Dr. Traxler, and I’m so happy I chose this office. They pay great attention to every detail. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and really seem to enjoy being there. They have finely tuned each process from the patient’s perspective, and that has made my whole experience a pleasant one.
I have nothing but the highest praise for the professionalism, friendliness and quality of work. It is the best. I actually enjoy my visits there.
The care I have received at Encinitas Perio has been outstanding. The team is professional and kind. They have provided a proactive care plan to prevent further invasive treatment. John, has completed a deep cleaning & now a second regular cleaning. He is so informative and knowledgeable. I appreciate the entire team there.

I have had the best experience at Encinitas Perio! I had my first consultation back in 2018 with Dr. Roberts for gum recession throughout my entire mouth. Dr. Roberts was great at walking me through the gum grafting process, but I wasn't ready then to go through with the surgery due to job change and my upcoming wedding. Came to Encinitas Perio with serious gum problem. I had already seen two other specialists. One doctor would not touch my teeth and the other was charging a sky high fee and was very rough during the exam. I scheduled an appointment with Dr Chris Traxler and what a blessing!!!!
