Very polite and very patient
The wait is sometimes long, however it is well worth it. I had a full hip replacement that is doing very fine. Glad I did it. Doctor RUGGIERO was great and I was asleep and happy. Recovery and healing went fine.
While Dr. Ruggiero was very thorough in his explanation and recommendation, I only gave three stars because I was in the waiting room for 30 minutes before they took me to an exam room where I waited another 30 minutes before I actually saw the doctor. While I realize their time is valuable, so is mine. Nobody gave any explanation for the wait or let you know that there even would be a wait. If patients were actually told there is a wait or why, they would be a lot more understanding of it.
