Dr Ogie is Awesome! I will be not going back due to the way Brenda frond office staff treats our family members!!!!
Dr. Ogie has a very kind demenor and the staff are so pleasant. I first went to Dr, Ogie in 2008. my mouth was a mess to say the least. there was extensive work done, however the experience was one that i treasure. being treated kindly is one of the best pain relievers a doctor can provide. just knowing you are cared about can make an entire difference. Thank you so much for bringing a smile to this old face Doctor.
Loved him and his staff
I really like Dr. Ogie who is quite good. The problem I have is with his front office staff. Tried to make an appointment for my daughter who is out of the country and over 21. I was told I could not due to HIPAA law and was advised to look it up. I did look it up and guess what? I found out it is NOT against HIPPA regulations. When I called back, She still would not give my daughter an appointment. Good thing there are lots of other Dentists in Yuma!
I ONLY HAD 1 APPOINTMENT THERE. THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! THE OFFICE MANAGER IS SO RUDE AND NOT WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU. THEY OVER CHARGE AND SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITHOUT NOTIFY YOU OR GIVE REMINDER CALLS JUST TO CHARGE A NO SHOW FEE!!! I HAVE A BACHELORS IN HUMAN SERVICES MANAGEMENT AND HAVE BEEN WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 15 YEARS AND SHE WAS THE WORSE RECEPTION/MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN/HEARD,ETC. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STARTS I WOULD.
Recently became a new patient. Everything about this place is perfect for me. Staff was awesome, place is clean, staff was on time (I didn't have to wait to be seen for an appt I made in advance), location isn't far from work, and Dr Ogie was great. Definitely found my new dentist. Thanks :)
