It has been over four years now but I will continue to warn people of this man and his office manager. They are the worst I have ever come in contact with. They left me with a temporary bottom plate and when my teeth started to fall out I could not get an appointment to resolve my problem. Linda office manager lies for him when he doesn't show up which was often. I never got my bottom permanent bottom place and never got a refund of $ 1,000 paid in advance. Dr. Matthews had some medical problems a couple years ago. Now he is healthy and he hasn't missed any dental appointment time with my wife and I and our 4 adult children in over 4 years! Great dentist nice guy and great staff! We are all very satisfied with a veriety of dental procedures. Thanks doc.
Over four years ago Dr. Matthews and his head bookeeper and mouthpiece ripped me off for over one thousand dollars. Do not trust this man who rarely shows up and his bookeeper/secretary will lie for him constantly. I had a bottom partial plate and my real teeth started falling out. When the first tooth fell out I called and Linda gave me an appointment 5 different times. Beware of paying up front. This place is really full of bad people who will rip you off in a heartbeat.
