The office staff was thorough and pleasant. The doctor didn't wash his hands when he entered the room nor did he wear gloves. As he examined my left eye, his hand touched my lips so I moved my head thinking he would get the hint but when he examined my right eye, touching my lips again, I told him to get his hands off my lips. He did apologize but this is completely unacceptable.
