We love Dr B, my son is now 7 and we’ve been seeing him all 7 years.
He has taken care of all my grandchildren for like 15 years and now is taking care of my great grandson. Never had a problem with him or his staff
I would say that based off the majority of reviews here combined with my current experience it may be time to retire. Taking 5 minutes to review my daughter’s chart prior to entering the room could have corrected the initial mistake of bringing the wrong shot series. Bedside manner has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Taking a minute to ask some questions and actually show concern for your patient might have revealed underlying issues that could have easily been addressed. His staff is very rude. The women at the front have no customer service etiquette. However, neither does he. He will not listen to complaints or hear anything. He will tell you "If you don't like it, leave."
Very disappointed, and disgusted how our family was treated by THE ENTIRE STAFF HERE. The doctor should be a warm and inviting place. That does not happen here

I cant sy hw the Dr is bcs we nvr mde it past the front desk&the ignorant person@the desk. Staff failed 2 mention tht any legal papers were reqr'd & as I ws switching her frm St Marys Childrens H.C, I had grown complacent carrying the pw w/me,as my child is now 2.5 yrs. So I ws extremely stressed 4 several reasons-I wasn't told the need 4 the pw & this person was telling me tht the Dr would NOT c my child w/o it (I had this appt 4 3 months & she ws late 4 her appt in Dec), I had kept her out of school 4 the day but her speec... read more
I think Dr. Bartolanzo is great. We’ve been going to him since we had my oldest son whose 3 now. He always does a thorough full exam of my kids. He addresses all my concerns.
Dr. Bartolanzo is very nice, however he seems to just gloss over his patients and doesn't seem to listen to questions asked, everything is "normal", which it very well might be but I'd at least like to feel like he was genuinely listening to my concerns. His reception staff is HORRIBLE! They are the reason I am leaving his practice! The girl with the brown curly hair is EXTREMELY rude and needs a new profession ASAP!
