I am happy I decided to try Seim Family Dentistry. After trying 3 other dentists in the area and not liking them, I was not looking forward to doing that again, but a filling fell out that one of those dentists had just put in 3 months ago. I found a recommendation in my local town fb group and decided to go. I have always had much better dentists when the dentist has the office named their name and this is no exception. I was a walk in new customer with debilitating pain and asked for emergency treatment. Within 15 minutes I was in the chair. Can't express ENOUGH how grateful and appreciative I was and am. Everyone was friendly and I hope to be a customer for life
Can't give "0" stars, so 1 star. I thought Dr. Seim was ok, but the staff is horrible. Specifically Cheryl. When Cigna tried to help me with a bill and a pretreatment plan, she argued with me and the Cigna and then refused to send in a pretreatment plan saying the dentist was "very busy". I spoke to the dentist in person and he said he sent the pretreatment plan. I also asked for a copy to be emailed to me and they would not do that either. I have been waiting a month and a half just to get a pretreatment plan to Cigna, whic... read more
