I went to see Dr Jain for Menopause related symptoms and she completely dismissed my concerns, told me “Menopause sucks”, laughed at me when I told her I’d been doing some research and have learned that there’s safe treatments for my symptoms. She said Menopause hasn’t changed and these articles aren’t written by real doctors and if there was a magic pill she’d have a line out the door! She raised her voice and was so annoyed with me and belittled me! I couldn’t get out of there fast enough!
Dr. Jain was wonderful, she has great bedside manner and I felt she listened to my concerns. Highly recommend her as a PCP!
I was disappointed with her communication skills. One visit she totally spaced me off and the nurse had to go find her, I could tell the nurse was not happy. Then on another visit I could hear her outside of the room chatting and not about medical but about their new telephone system, I sat and waited 15 minutes in the room before she came in. When discussing a test I had the previous year, she asked me did I do that, seriously!!!
