I am highly disappointed with their performance i have booked an appointment for today at 09:30 am . When i went there and let the receptionist know that i have an appointment she is like you have to wait as we have a long queue of walkin and after that doctor will see you after waiting 50 mins she advised still they have 7 persons in queue and i just left . Very rude and horrible reception staff...Dr Singh is just as rude and has very little concern about the patients...its all about money!
Would not recommend going here. Receptionist aren’t trained properly or just don’t care when walked in to ask about my appointment they didn’t answer me then went to check then said could find it which I did and showed them. Had to wait over an hour/half which was fair since heaps people where there but once got in and started to explain Rita said “ I ain’t your pyscologist what you expect me to do” after hearing that when was trying get help for mental health I just walked out was rudest ever
Dr Rita is very knowledgeable and obviously has a kind heart. She is one of very few doctors that bulk bill and s he is therefore very busy. She discovered my daughter had a tumor in her ear canal and who knows what would have happened if she didn't. I will be sticking with her.
