This dentist office is extremely unprofessional. George at the front desk, is specifically, unprofessional and it is a wonder that he has a job in customer service give how self-centered, and lack of compassion or common sense he has. Honestly, the office would do better to invest in AI to replace him. To be more specific, he send a message at 5:10PM to my fiancé on Tuesday, asking if she was going to come to an appointment on Thursday. She has a terrible assistant called George that’s extremely unprofessional and bad at his job. He calls me multiple times within a 40min time frame while I am at work before texting that he is canceling my appointment as he did not hear back. By the time I did get back to him he told me he’d gone home for the day and to “feel free to show up on Thursday but you won’t have an appointment.” I’ve never seen this kind of treatment before from a dental office and I am shocked.
I’ve been coming here for years, and I can honestly say this is the best dental team ever! George always calls me the day before to confirm my appointment, which I really appreciate. Pati, Dr. Rita, and the whole team are so sweet and genuinely care about their patients. They always take the time to talk to me and explain what’s going on with my teeth, which means a lot. I always leave with a big smile — both literally and figuratively. I’m so grateful for their kindness and care!
