He took a call and never informed his patients that he was going to be an hour behind. And he doesn’t recharge before he comes into a waiting room.
The visits were to at least two different locations
I would give negative rating if system allows!After waiting for 2 and half hours PA came and said dr is in surgery and he can not see me. They have no value of patients time. One of X-ray technicians made all excuses not to give cd. Total disappointment over all!
I think the facility is over booked with patients. The wait times are extremely long and the Doctor seems very rushed to leave and run to the next room. I fear that something will be missed or not treated properly the first because timing quotas may be a consideration. It was my first visit so I am willing to give it another chance.

I will start by saying Dr. Bhatnagar is a lovely person, and his credentials are impressive. What I didn't admire was being rushed out of the office every visit. I had duel injuries that involved my shoulder and my back. My shoulder was less of an issue, and my back worsened as each week passed. I had an MRI with four herniated discs but let's continue another nine weeks of PT and pump me full of injections. Everything went well I was taking in on time Dr. Bhatnagar checked me over and I could’ve been more pleased the staff was friendly and very courteous and so is Dr. Bhatnager I would recommend them very highly to any of my family and friends
Unfortunately, I’ve had two injuries treated. The surgery I had was very good and I haven’t noticed any long term clinical issues. The office staff were great, and the visits were pleasant, but I feel like I left each time with unanswered questions and feeling a bit confused on what to do while recovering.
